Crystal Sarmiento is Certified Behavior Analyst and Consultant as well as an Executive & Career Coach, Speaker, Best Selling Author and Founder of The ARI Source and Becoming a Lioness. Her book Becoming A Lioness was ranked #1 in Christian Leadership and won The Amazon Best Seller’s Award.
Recently featured as a top coach on Fox News, NBC and CBS. A Houston Native, She currently resides in Manvel, TX. She is a dedicated wife and mother to 5! She founded Becoming a Lioness to help motivate, empower and inspire women in the community after 13 + years helping in various international organizations and ministries. Professionally known for being a powerhouse for 20+ years in the corporate sector, she made the decision to move from corporate America to corporate calling. Founding The ARI Source. She serves clients internationally as well as all over the U.S. Her client’s have attributed their breaking performance records and fulfilling their hardest obstacles with her services.

Nydia Garcia

Nydia is a healthcare and mental health leader who specializes in strategies collaborating processes, people and innovation to take multispecialty healthcare companies to the next level in growth and sustainability. She is a Six Sigma Certified, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Medical Interpreter, and Licensed Minister. Her 15+ year career extends across operations management, strategic data analysis, and incident response.
Nydia currently serves in development of a multi-million SAMHSA federal grant implementation to expand mental health and substance use services across Community Health Network “MyCHN” locations. Additionally, she partners with the collaborative leadership team to develop innovative solutions for patient access to whole person care services including mental health, primary care, dental, pharmacy and more.
She is the Co-Chair of Brazoria County Mental Health Force, a coalition that provides networking, education and resources across the Southeast region of Texas on collaborative mental health and substance treatment services.
Prior to her director role at Community Health Network, Nydia held expansive healthcare leadership roles at non-profits and for-profits, including corporate division-level roles at HCA Houston Healthcare and TeamHealth.
Nydia Garcia has completed a B.A. in Anthropology through Rice University. She completed a Master of Public Health from UT-Health Science in Houston. She co-pastors TheWell.City church alongside her husband and their two children.

Hector Villarreal
Hector Villarreal serves as CEO of LUCHO Holdings Inc., a privately-owned holding company with interests in Brazil, Italy and Nicaragua; formed in 2003 to manage the production and importation of the LUCHO branded products in menswear, women’s shoe and private cigar line. Born in Monterey, Mexico Mr. Villarreal later moved and was raised in Los Angeles, California until moving back to Monterrey where he attended Monterrey Tec prep school and college. Mr. Villarreal moved to Houston in 1990 and joined KXLN Channel 45 Univision as a news anchor and later as the weather anchor until retiring in 2005. In 2006 he was a founding member of Venture Strategies, a boutique private equity firm, specializing in cutting edge technology projects in the energy sector; Mr. Villarreal headed the international development department. Mr. Villarreal has received numerous recognitions and has served on the board of directors of Houston International Festival, American Cancer Society Gulf Coast Development board, Leukemia and lymphoma Society, Theater Under the Stars, Boys & Girls Harbor, and The Women’s Fund for Health. Currently Mr. Villarreal serves as board president of Helping a Hero; an organization that builds adaptive homes for wounded veterans, Hermann Park Conservancy advisory board member, Virtuosi of Houston board member, Fire Fighters Foundation of Houston board member and the Houston Area Women’s Center.
